메모를 하고 일정관리를 하면서 매일 느끼던 거였는데, 아무리 정리를 하려고 해도 손으로 메모하는 것 만큼 효율적이고 빠른게 없다는 거다. 그래서 회사에서는 보통 MicroSoft Outlook을 썼는데, 이건 이메일, 일정관리하는데는 편하지만 메모하는 데는 그다지 효율적이지 못했다. 그런데, 새로온 CEO가 아주 특이한 툴을 쓰는 것을 보았는데 정말 대단히 혁신적인 툴로 보였다. 힐끗 보니 'Mind Manager'라는 툴이었다.

집에 오자마자 바로 다운받아서 사용한지 며칠이 되었는데, 며칠만에 없어서는 안되는 필수적인 소프트웨어가 되어 버렸다. 이건 정말 대단한 것이.. 마치 손으로 메모하듯이 생각을 쭉 기록해 두었다가 그걸 가지고 나중에 문서로 만들어 2차적 가공을 하거나 메모자체를 관리할 수 있도록 되어있는 것이 아닌가..

 

요놈이 Mind Manager인데.. 사용하는 환경은 큰 종이에다가 거미줄 식으로 다가 생각이 진행되는 과정에 따라서 펼쳐서 기록하는 형식이다.

 

생각의 흐름을 따라 메모를 시각적으로 진행하는 것도 대단하지만, 이걸 나중에 Word 문서로 뽑아주는데, 완벽하게 목차별 구성으로 만들어준다. 즉 손으로 끍적끍적 해놓으면 그걸 비서가 문서로 쫙 뽑아주듯이 말이다. 이게 보니까 판매가격이 울나라 돈으로 30만원 가까이 하던데, 관리자 급에 있다면 꼭 써볼 만한게 아닌가 싶다. 계속 Trial 버젼으로 쓰다가 나중에 돈 벌면 꼭 정품을 사서 나의 Brainstorming 툴로 쓰기로 했다.

위에 있는 문서를 Word 문서를 출력하면 이렇게 된다.
오오.. 정말 대단하다.
